Refund policy
We accept returns or refunds only in the following circumstances:
- The item received is significantly different from the product photos
- We sent the wrong item
- The item is clearly and obviously damaged
Please note — handcrafted nature of our products: Our pieces are handmade collectibles, not mass-produced items. Minor imperfections such as small scratches, slight surface irregularities, or finishes that are not 100% flawless are inherent characteristics of handcrafted metalwork and are not grounds for a refund or return.
If you require absolute perfection, our products may not be the right fit for you at this time.
If your item arrives damaged: Please take clear photos of the damaged item and, if the packaging is also damaged, please photograph the packaging as well. Send these to us and we will assess the situation.
In most cases, we will arrange a replacement shipment. However, depending on the circumstances — particularly if you choose to keep the original item rather than returning it — a full or partial shipping fee may apply for the replacement. We will always communicate with you first to understand the full situation before arranging anything.
Restocking fee: For returns that are not due to damage or incorrect items, a 10–15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping fees:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- The item must be returned in its original condition and complete
Buying in bulk? If you are considering purchasing 10 or more pieces, we strongly recommend ordering one or two pieces first to make sure you are happy with the quality before committing to a larger order.
Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update, amend, or change any part of this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice, in response to changing circumstances, legal requirements, or business needs. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
