Welcome to DoDoBrass. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These terms apply to all visitors and customers of DoDoBrass. We reserve the right to update, amend, or change any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, in response to changing circumstances, legal requirements, or business needs. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products Our brass collectibles are handcrafted, fan-inspired pieces intended for adult collectors. They are display items only — not toys, functional tools, or officially licensed merchandise. Minor variations in size, weight, colour, and finish are inherent to handcrafted production and are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Fulfilment Orders are fulfilled within 3–6 Hong Kong business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. We ship from Hong Kong and are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted only for items that are significantly different from their listing, incorrectly sent, or clearly damaged upon arrival. Minor imperfections consistent with handcrafted production are not grounds for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A 10–15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns not related to damage or error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property All product photography and store content are the property of DoDoBrass. Our products are fan-made, artist-original pieces and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any official brand or licence holder.

7. Limitation of Liability DoDoBrass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
