Shipping policy

1. Order Fulfilment All orders are fulfilled within 3–6 Hong Kong business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays). Orders containing in-stock items may be dispatched sooner. If any item is unavailable, we will ship available items first and contact you regarding the out-of-stock item(s).

2. Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Each item is personally inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. Phone Number Requirement A valid phone number is required at checkout for international shipping label purposes. Many countries require a recipient contact number for customs and delivery. Your number is passed to the carrier only and is not used for marketing. In rare cases where email contact fails, we may reach out via WhatsApp (text only).

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided as a guide only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. Once delivery is confirmed, the shipping service is considered complete.

8. Delays & Store Closures If there are unexpected delays or we are closed for holidays, we will notify affected customers in advance.

9. Changes to This Policy We reserve the right to update, amend, or change any part of this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice, in response to changing circumstances, legal requirements, or business needs. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
